An Analysis of Presidential Regulation 105/2021: The National Strategy for Accelerating the Development of Disadvantaged Regions 2020-2024 and Its Implications for Provincial Government

In the context of implementing government's policy to reduce regional disparities, Presidential Regulation Number 105 2021 on National Strategic Acceleration Development Disadvantaged Regions 2020-2024 (STRANAS-PPDT 2020-2024) has been issued as an elaboration 18 2020 Medium-Term Plan (RPJMN 2020-2024). According Article 8, paragraph (3) Government 78 2014 (PP PPDT) and 4, (2) STRANAS-PPDT 2020-2024, this implications for 11 provincial governments promptly formulate determine Regional Strategy (Provincial STRADA-PPDT To support preparation Provincial Ministry Village, Regions, Transmigration coordinates with Planning Home Affairs facilitate its implementation. The research concludes that needs establish guidelines which will provide guidance government serve a legal basis facilitating preparation.
